IGNITE. Ignite is held every Wednesday evening at 7.00pm it is a time of worship followed by short sharp bible teaching coupled with Worship and Questions. After the worship and teaching we break into groups to discuss the evening’s topic. But this being Saint Paul’s the discussion may not get round to the topic but deal with someone’s personal needs. Ignite is aimed at those who are seeking or who a new to Christ, but I know of many established Christians love the evangelical environment.

OPEN CHURCH. Run on Monday, Tuesday and Thursday Morning from 10.30 untill 12.30 the Church is open for a chance to drop in and have a chat over a cuppa,read the Bible, get some help or just relax away from the days pressures. There is always someone there to help you and if they dont know the answers they will know someone who will be able to help. If your needs are more Spiritual there is always time for prayer so dont leave without taking time to pray or asking someone to pray with you.

POST BAPTISM Saint Paul’s has a full immersion Baptismal font and use it at every opportunity. It is a real outward sign for new believers to witness to family and friends about their rebirth into the Christian life. It symbolizes the washing away of the old self and a fresh clean start on a new journey with Jesus as their light and the bible as their map. Many new Christians at Saint Paul’s have come from chaotic and troubled backgrounds and the Post baptism sessions give them a deeper understanding of the Bible.

HOME GROUPS As the name suggests these are groups that meet in someones home. The evening (as yet we have no daytime groups) starts with a cuppa and cake or biscuits followed by a time to share and then a short Bible study or a video or maybe a speaker. Each group has its own format and away from the busy surroundings of Church you will have the chance to make new friends in a less formal way .......Ask Patrick or Hannah for details
